What we’re doing together

Plants 101 is a guided, hands-on class designed to help you build confidence as a plant parent — starting with relationship, observation, and a simple system you can actually follow at home.

Steps:

Choose your plant + connect with it

You’ll select the plant that speaks to you, name it, and learn how to tune into what it’s communicating.

Learn what your plant is saying

We’ll walk through leaves, roots, new growth, and common signs of stress (droopy, yellow, brown, etc.).

Safe removal + root inspection

You’ll learn how to remove your plant from the nursery pot without damage and check root health.

Repot like a pro (with the right mix)

We’ll repot into a terracotta pot using a soil blend that supports this plant family.

Placement + light basics

You’ll learn where to place it at home, what kind of light it actually wants, and how to avoid the most common beginner mistakes.

You’ll leave with confidence, your new plant baby, and a simple way to track your plant’s progress at home

Why this hits different

This isn’t a “watch me do it” class or random tips you’ll forget the second you get home.

This is hands-on learning, real-time guidance, and community support — all in a calm, empowering environment. You’ll learn how to understand your plant and create a repeatable system you can use long after class ends.
